The Tree Heritage Park (THP), located within the IITAIbadan Campus, is an ambient nature park, which holds collections of threatened native trees. Since opening in November 2017, the park has hosted various school and family groups. The first Forest School in Nigeria was installed in the THP, to raise awareness about environmental conservation among school children. The school is equipped with a forest classroom, camping facilities, Hide and Boardwalk, Natural History Gallery, adventure playground and barbecue pavilion.
